Rotli na Ladva are Ladoos made from chapatis. My mum makes these now and then on religious occasions and they are super quick and easy to make. Here's how to make them.

Ingredients:

Fresh hot chapati

Melted ghee

Grated jaggery


Method

There's no measurements for this recipe. You can adjust the amount to your preference. You first want to make a fresh chapati and spread melted ghee on the top and rip it into small pieces.

Once you've ripped the chapati into small pieces add a little bit more of melted ghee and add some grated jaggery or sugar. Adjust the amount to your perference. This is in essence a churma.

Once fully mixed gather the mixture in your hand and squeeze together using the palm of your hand and roll to form a ball. You can add more melted ghee if you feel the churma is too dry.

Once you form a ball the Ladva is ready to serve/eat. This is a quick way to make a tasty sweet Ladoo when you haven't got much time on your hands. Enjoy!
