Chevdo is an Indian savoury snack mix and there are a huge variety of them. Here I will share a quick and simple version of Chevdo. Perfect when you need a quick snack to eat.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup flattened rice/poha (medium size)
1 tbsp red peanuts
1 tbsp cashew nuts
Handful of curry leaves
1 cup potato stick crisps (store bought)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Salt to taste
Method
Fry the flattened rice/poha, red peanuts, cashew nuts and curry leaves individually.
Fry them on a medium heat until crispy.
They will not need long to fry especially the poha. Be careful not to burn them.
Mix all the friend ingredients together along with the potato sticks and season with chilli powder, turmeric powder, powdered sugar and salt.
You can adjust the quantities of the spices to your preference.
Mix everything well and it's ready to eat as a snack with your favourite drink. Store this in an air tight container to keep it crispy. Enjoy!
